great stay with minor misses

The hotel is clean, and the pool area feels almost tropical, which the kids loved. However, the breakfast options could definitely be improved, as they felt a bit too basic and not very classy. Overall, it worked well for a family stay.

We enjoyed the pool area, it was all glass with sunlight and birds tweeting around, made us feel like we were in a different world. The room was nice and clean the staff were friendly too, especially the bartender who made us great cocktails.

One last note, the telephone to reception in our room didn't work, and it wasn’t replaced during our stay. This kind of service could definitely improve.

Dining nearby was a blast! We hit up Barbies Resto Bar Grill for some sizzling dishes that really hit the spot. Plus, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, especially for our little one! Overall, a comfy and quiet hotel experience.

While the hotel had its charms, the rooms were a little rough around the edges, with mold in the bathroom and a shortage of towels. Breakfast could use a makeover too, with plastic plates and mediocre eggs stealing the spotlight.
